Are your technicians fully qualified refrigeration mechanics?
Yes! Many technicians in the industry hold a “restricted” refrigerant handling licence, which limits them to basic split-system installations. At Air Conditioning Doctor, every technician holds a full, unrestricted Cert III Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanics qualification. We are fully licensed ‘fridgies’ trained to accurately diagnose, repair, and service complex heating and cooling systems, not just install them.
Will the same technician handle my job from start to finish?
In most cases, yes. We match each job to a technician based on their specialty, and that person stays with it through to completion rather than handing it between different staff.
What happens if something goes wrong after the job is finished?
Every installation is backed by our lifetime installation warranty,* regardless of which technician completed the work. Get in touch and we’ll make it right.
Do your technicians carry parts for same-visit repairs?
