FAQs

What forms of payment do you accept?

All accounts must be paid on the day to the service technician. Our vehicles are equipped with mobile EFTPOS and credit card facilities. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit (sorry no American Express or Diners Club). You will be issued with a receipt that details the work that has been completed during that visit. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques and we are unable to issue accounts.

Can you give me a specific time for my booking?

Our technicians are on the road doing several jobs every day. We will give you a timeframe within which the technician will arrive. In the rare and unforeseen circumstance a technician gets delayed they will contact you directly to advise

How long will my job take?

That depends on the job. A repair call will be determined by parts availability and the time it takes to fix the unit. All of this will be explained in our report at the time of attendance.

How much will my repair cost?

The cost will be determined by the parts required and the time it takes to fix the unit. All of this will be explained in our report at the time of attendance.
